Guest Relations Hostess / Restaurant Receptionist (To work in Nigeria)

We are seeking a highly professional and polished Guest Relations Hostess to serve as the face of our VIP Lebanese restaurant in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate must have an immaculate professional presentation, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for high-end hospitality.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Warmly welcoming and escorting VIP guests to their tables.  

Managing the reservation book, answering booking calls, and optimizing seating arrangements.  

Attending to customer inquiries and gracefully resolving any complaints to ensure a flawless dining experience.  

Maintaining a high standard of front-of-house operations.  

Requirements:  

2-5 years of experience in premium hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.  

Bachelor's degree preferred.  

Impeccable grooming and highly professional presentation.  

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a smile.  

Compensation & Benefits:  

Salary of $1,200 USD per month.
