In Ivory Coast, CERCIS is leading several large-scale projects:

The Banco Green Corridor: 40 hectares, 10,000 trees planted to create an ecological buffer zone.

The Official Abidjan Route: 14 km of landscaping.

To successfully complete these projects, we are looking for an Assistant Site Manager for Green Spaces (M/F), reporting to the Site Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager in the organization, planning, and monitoring of construction sites, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Supervise and train field teams, guaranteeing the proper application of directives and smooth workflow.

Participate in the execution and monitoring of planting, turfing, mulching, irrigation, landscaping finishes, and horticultural maintenance.

Contribute to the health and maintenance of the plantings, including phytosanitary treatments, fertilization, and plant care. Monitor equipment and coordinate plant orders and deliveries with the nursery.

Skills

Required technical skills: Planting techniques, horticultural maintenance, and green space management Knowledge of tropical and/or Mediterranean vegetation Ability to read plans and technical data sheets Knowledge of plant health and fertilization Use and maintenance of maintenance equipment Basic knowledge of installing automatic or manual irrigation systems Experience in managing multicultural teams Interpersonal skills: Organizational skills and attention to detail Good interpersonal skills and teamwork Motivation to learn and progressive autonomy Constructive and open-minded approach, adaptability to an expatriate environment

Diplomas

BTSA (Advanced Vocational Diploma in Agricultural Sciences) with 1 to 3 years of experience in green spaces/landscaping Bac pro AP (Vocational Baccalaureate in Landscape Architecture) with 5 years of experience
