Many people are part-time expats...they need a permanent place here in the U.S. as they travel to other destinations around the world. They need a place here in the U.S. as their main home, to come back to maybe half the time, for the things that they have to do here, such as medical things, etc.

We offer a furnished room here in Portland, Oregon. Perfect for your stays while back here. While you would rent the room by the year, it would be here only for your use. You simply lock it while gone.

If interested, let me know and I can send more info out on it. It is completely furnished, and the house has fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, large kitchen, parking and free washer and dryer. It sits in very nice neighborhood, with buses that go in all directions. The rooms themselves are medium-sized, and have 100 channels of YouTube Live TV, and a personal safe.
