Open the door and the first thing you notice is the scent of oak — it is what gives the flat its warm, settled feel. The flat is bright, with tall east-facing windows bringing in light from early morning.

The living room holds an oak dining table for six and a full-height modular oak bookcase. The bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a mirror-fronted wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass door, a stone shower tray, underfloor heating and a stretch ceiling with integrated lighting; the separate WC has new fittings and a bidet spray.
