Hello everyone! We are looking for a caring long-term tenant for our beloved apartment in Varna.

Everything inside was custom-made for our comfort. Because we live abroad, it has only been used as our private summer getaway and was never rented or lived in full-time. Even though it's not brand new, all the custom furniture and appliances are in lovely, pristine, and gently-used condition.

Monthly Rent: €500

Refundable Deposit: 1 Month's Rent (€500)

Lease Term: Long-term only (minimum 1-year contract).

Ideal Tenant: Non-smoking professional or a couple. Strictly no pets.

Direct Rental: Renting directly to our tenants—no agencies, please.
