City Hall paper: EUROPEANS & NORTHAMERICANS in Cuenca.

GMistral

Cuenca's City Hall made a paper on those 2 specific groups: Europeans and NorthAmericans and their "impact" in the local society.

Only Spanish, sorry.

Maybe Google translate can help you on this or a fluent Spanish speaking person.

Which link is not working?

Are you outside of EC, it might be your location?

GMistral

These are the same links as above. Lets see if they work now.

GMistral,
You keep putting out links that don't work. Fortunately VSimple uses his not so simple skills for the PDF file. Bless You! It's so nice to have such a smart person in the blog. Hope everyone's Spanish is proficient enough to read it. 😇

GMistral's links show a %F3 in the link which is the accented ó , and also a %ED which is the accented í.  But links with those characters give a "Pagina (sic) no encontrada" error message.

If you replace the %F3 in the link with just a o , and the %ED with just an i, then the links work.
When I go to those pages, the link address has no accented ó or accented í so somehow GMistral is putting them in where they should not be, and that's what's causing the Page Not Found error.

Here are the correct links that will take you to the pages, without any attempt to give them accents:
