Purchase prices vary by neighborhoods among other factors.

However, you're probably on the wrong track .. and should be thinking about leasing, not buying a store or restaurant space.

Rule of thumb... don't buy or build on property in South American until you have lived or worked in the target area for at least a year.

The restaurant business is challenging enough for Ecuador veterans of the business, let alone non-Spanish-speaking newcomers from other countries.
