How to get a Cedula in Cuenca

I will be picking up my Pensioner's Visa very soon in Cuenca. Has anyone recently obtained their Cedula in Cuenca and knows what is currently needed for this document? The information I know about continues to change.

I would appreciate any information you can give me.

If you are working with a visa facilitator or attorney, they should provide you this information.

If you are not using professional help, you should obtain the information at the office where you pick up your cédula. They should provide you with a typed sheet that states the address for cédula processing, or else ask their personnel to write it down.

Historically, there is a required wait of several business days between visa pickup and obtaining the cédula, so plan accordingly.
