Seeking Accommodation in São Paulo for 6 Month Stay

dio_go55

I will be relocating to São Paulo in September, where I will be working along Avenida Paulista for initially 6 months, with the possibility of extending my stay to 12 months. Currently, I am facing challenges in finding suitable accommodation for the 6-month period. My preference is to reside in either Pinheiros or Vila Madalena due to their vibrant atmosphere and potential for making new connections.

Ideally, I am seeking an apartment within a condominium that offers amenities such as a gym, pool, and co-working space. My budget for monthly rent, including condominium fees, is up to R$4000.00.

If you have any recommendations or options that align with these preferences, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in finding suitable accommodation for my time in São Paulo.

Get a flat rental.  Term rentals, specially on Pinheiros or Vila Madalena, are mostly residential condominiums an d these contracts are timed from 12-36 months.

There are plenty of flats around Avenida Paulista, and on your budget most likely on the Consolacao/ Bela Vista Side.

Google flats sao paulo for your results..

You can try Pinheiros....

Vila Madalena

Those are your 450 through 600 sq ft 1BR units, with bare kitchen counters, knee height fridge,, two burner range, closet.

To get a reall residential condo apartment, you will need to be in a term lease.

Outside being gouged by AirBnB Rates,, the old bland flat is the only option you can have.

As a Licensed Real Estate broker, I don't even bother to take showings on anything less than a 12 month term lease..  |I simply don't get paid for the accrued expenses.   A 6 month lease is a tourist.
