Espiritu Santo State

I've spent over a year total exploring Brazil. I'm from Florida and targeted the Northeast region because of the similar weather primarily. My current trip has been four and a half months and I've started to think that there isn't really somewhere in this region for me to set up as a permanent base. I'm not married to anyone from here and don't have children.

Anyway, I've heard Espiritu Santo pop up a few times and was curious about it, particularly the Vila Velha area of Vitoria. I used to spend a lot of time in Medellin, and had considered investing in property in the Laureles neighborhood. But unfortunately it has changed a lot and I've since been looking for other options.

I like to be in semi urban environments that have enough in the vicinity that you don't have to drive far for essentials. I walk a lot and prefer to do most things on foot, and I like to be able to get a espresso in the morning before getting exercise. Surfing is another hobby I've picked up again a few years ago. I like being in environments where people are educated as well.

I currently work as a real estate agent so I'm used to helping other people find a home that works for them, now I'm working on finding my own potential base abroad.
