Thanx for asking.

The Big Boss, my wife created an Assisted Living facility as well as an attached Sorvete Shop. On a regular day she employs at least 4 or 5 people. One Caretaker / Secretary which my wife built a house on her property for her and her family. The other 4 or 5 caretakers (my 98-year-old Brazilian mother lives there as well as my wife's mentally challenged uncle) and landscapers are part-time.

Secrets to Success. As you probably know relationships and family are very important in Brazil. The young lady (caretaker / secretary) was introduced to my wife in Fortaleza and then moved to our small village which is 6 hours away.  My wife is one of the most sought-after employers in our village. Very little turnover. She pays very well and has a very positive caring relationship with all her people.
