Did you hire an attorney in Brazil or Pakistan?

I have court cases in Brazil that are still pending from 7 years ago, so I suggest that you do not make plans any time soon.

@Peter Itamaraca I hire there in Brazil and they said the process will be more or less six months

At that time, you were considering two options:  (1.) a proxy marriage, which we advised against because the current immigration law bars family unification visas on the basis of proxy marriages, and (2.) meeting your Brazilian fiancée in Dubai and getting married there in person, presumably under UAE law. 

My first question is, which of those things did you do?  If it was the proxy marriage, then your chances of success are probably slight.  On the other hand, if you were married in person in Dubai (or anywhere else) AND if you wife then registered your marriage at the Brazilian Embassy serving the location of the marriage, then your chances should be much greater.

My second question is, what does your wife say about this process?  In these cases, the position of the Brazilian spouse is crucial.  She should be following up regularly with the attorney for progress reports, and supplying them to you.  Without her active involvement, it's hard to imagine this case going forward anytime soon.

@abthree hello good morning , thanks for reviewing our previous conversation ,after your suggestion I invite my wife to Pakistan and we married  here in Pakistan in June 2022 , and than I took an appointment from the embassy here in Islamabad , me and my wife been interviewed here in the embassy and than they issued us the consular registration certificate , than  i send all the necessary documents to brazil and my wife obtained our marriage certificate from cartório as well  , thank you so much for helping me out

06/10/24 @Waseem Khan61.  Thanks for filling in the details.  I have never heard of a Consulate issuing a Certidão Consular de Casamento and then denying a VITEM XI to the foreign spouse.  I wouldn't have thought that possible.  Absent any other relevant facts, it sounds like your lawyer has a strong case, so all you can do is be patient and keep following up. 

@abthree previously my lawyer says that the embassy and foreign ministry has already submitted their manifestations in court , our case is already concluded and it's already on the judge table for decision since may 23rd  , me and my wife following this very closely , let's see what happens , thank you so for your precious advice and suggestions

That sounds encouraging!  As @Peter Itamaraca wrote, Brazilian judicial processes can move slowly, so there's no way of knowing when the judge will decide, but it sounds like your lawyer and you wife are doing all the right things to get you to Brazil.  At this point, I can only suggest patience and following the judge's decision to the letter if it comes down in your favor.  In that case, it would be wise to have your documents in order and be prepared to leave for Brazil as soon as you have a visa.  Best of luck to you!
