Please Help-Need a reliable Home Builder Port Villa

Hi Everyone,

We are moving to Vanuatu this year and trying to find a trusted builder on Efate, port villa, Erakor region.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

We are looking at building a 2 bedroom villa and a separate 1 bedroom villa

Again any help or guidance would be amazing

So no one can recommend a builder in Vanuatu ?

I have already done google searchers and am in contact with a few but there must be people on here that have had experiences working with builders in Vanuatu.

Hey Shannon,

A bit late as I just saw this, Stu @ vanuatubuilders

He has been here a long time, all his houses stood through cyclone Pam, great guy to.

Hi Shannon,

Maybe you have found a builder already but if not their are plenty of good companies that build houses. I have lived in Vanuatu for over 21 yrs and my company swpt Ltd can also help with residency permits, work permits, citizenships etc if needed. ***
