Moving to Marianne Islands

Hello, My name is Dan or Daniel , I am currently living in the Philippines but would like to  know what its like there  in the Marianne Islands , My Dad was u.s  navy and was there during ww2. I'm retired . I am from the state of Georgia but travel and move around in my old age Lol. Any information would be greatly appreciated . ( looking for the cheapest places or rooms to  rent until I see if I like it )
