Suitable legal document to be issued in NC to visit France

Hi all, I'm planning to come to work in NC very soon through my international company based there (relocation), as I'm Tunisian (north africa) I have no idea what kind of visa they will issue for me and for my family as well (spouse and 2 childrens).

What is the best way or the suitable legal document to be issued in new caledonia in order to visit France 🇫🇷 as well without visa (knowing that Tunisians we require visa to visit France).
