Final exit visa from saudi

I am a wife of expat form saudi and we are planning to file an interview to US our problem is we dont have a final exit visa. How can we obtain a final exit visa from saudi that everytime i search from moi.gov. sa.icant go on their website and we need badly the exit. Anyone can help... please ASap

Your post is confusing. You want to get an interview to go to the States – or what??? Is this at the consulate in context of getting a US visa and if so on what basis when neither of you are US citizens? Have you lined up jobs? And what do you even mean by an exit visa? If your husband is a Saudi and he left the country then there is no visa involved in leaving. Usually one gets an exit stamp in the passport but that is not something that usually has much importance. And if no stamp was given then there is really no procedure to do so afterwards. The way to prove his exit from Saudi is most likely by seeing the entrance stamp into another country, in this case the Philippines unless he went somewhere else first.
