Dubai water ruining your hair?

i found from the day i came to UAE,my i have a severe hair fall problem,im sure i am not the only one with this problem here ,i can assure its because of the water here ,please do let me know whats is the best way to avoid hair fall .has any one tried any solutions for this which has worked please share.

Good tablet Perfectil (skin, hair, nails). Also for drinking some buy filters or drinking water tanks

I have installed a water purifier under the shower tap, from Kent. He told me that it obstructs all the chemicals and releases fresh water, i am not sure how true is this. But so far (3 years) have no issues with hair falls.

This must be a general problem in.Gcc. Oman water terrorised my hair till I cut it off.then my face developed rashes n later it became rough. The finger tend to peel.but now I use Sebamed skin products
