Job offer in Dubai for AED 16,000

Hello ,I am currently working in Oman for a major company with a salary of OMR 800, along with several benefits including family medical, family visa, yearly family flights, accommodation, car, and fuel expenses.

I have now received a job offer in Dubai for AED 16,000 per month, which includes family visa, family medical, and yearly family flights, but does not provide accommodation.

I am trying to weigh my options and would appreciate your advice on which opportunity might be better to pursue.

As a single guy I would go for it, even if Dubai is notoriously Expensive. But, with kids, depending how many you have, I think it'll be abit of a struggle. Hopefully this post gets more traction so people can help out with more details
