GAMCA test for Family

Hi,

I got residence visa for my family. My wife did GAMCA test. All other reports are ok 1st time except viral load factor. It shows value 11. GAMCA center asked to retest after 14 days.

Second time result of viral load factor is 14. Kindly suggest whether this viral load factor can be reduce to zero?

Secondaly how can get fit report if this viral load factor is bot threatening?
