My ADEK pending

I have ADEK pass twice the 3rd one is pending up to 16days now.. Am seriously not happy and worried, and I don't know How to to contact them, someone should help me pls.

@abiolaolayiwola21 It delays sometimes depending upon the information furnished or workload on them. Just wait patiently for some days more and if no further email from them, you may contact your HR to find out the reasons. But for now be assured that they have not rejected you from their system.

Somebody should just quickly explain to me am nearly having HEADACHES, MY ADEK WAS PENDING FOR 17DAYS NOW SAYING UNDER SENIOR SPECIALIST REVIEW AGAIN.. Pls I need explanation on this....
