Pay-as-you-go internet?

Can you recommend an internet connection (eg phone line) where you only “pay as you go”, rather than paying a monthly fee to one of the main telephone providers? There are many months and weeks where I do not use my internet line at all, and it feels like throwing money away. Perhaps I should shop around for a “summer line” (yazlik hat), but my usage is not totally limited to the summer.

@Remko I like comfort, just a contract for a year works quite fine, if you do not need a very high speed I think it is possible for EUR 100 per year. (I pay EUR 200 (too much I know for 100 mb, but quite stable) (also important)). I have no plans to change at this time, but than again I live here permanently.
