if the area iş just behind the Trump Towers located in Kustepe, be carefull it seems center area of Istanbul but its very dangerous place. You can not walk around at nights. Read below:

Yes 5 years ago. 10 years ago the same situation happens there also. They still there and also not only them there. Since the area has lots of ruined very cheap houses lots of homeless, poor, unsafe people live around. Not only Romans but Syrian Afghan poor people prefer to stay there. I just answered your question, choice belongs to you.
