Birth Certificate

Hi there, I have a question and I was wondering if anyone here have any pointers;

My grandfather has an Ottoman birth cirtificate issued from Adana, I need to re issue a copy of it or the Turkish equivalent, can I do that online? since I don't live in Turkey.

most probably you need to visit them in person

One last question, I have cousins living in Istanbul, can they do it from Istanbul, or do I have to go in person to Adana?

If your cousins are turkish, make them call registry office ( nüfus müdürlüğü) and ask relevant procedure. In general governments require attendance of related person or his "representative assigned by notary"
