We would like to live in Antalya any thoughts ?

mmajadlie

Good evening,

I have lived in the Netherlands all my life and we are a family with children aged 6 and 10. We would like to live in Antalya (Alanya). We go there every year and seek peace and enjoyment, as our children already indicate.

This summer I want to see where I want to settle, preferably a new part such as Mahmutlar, a beautiful new apartment complex, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, nice and easy for the kids to have fun. And most importantly the primary school, preferably a British primary school

But don't know if they have them in Alanya? And look for a home close to school. Of course, there are also supermarkets that can usually be found everywhere and some local restaurants, can you help me with this?

@mmajadlie I am Dutch myself and me and my wife live in Mahmutlar (close to the center), personally I do not like Alanya too much (too busy, too rip-offs,..)

The disadvantage of Mahmutlar is that is a closed district, so getting Ikamet could be a challenge (unless you have a big budget)

Mahmutlar has everything except a serious hospital or English speaking schools.
