Weather and things to do in Antalya

Hi I am visiting Antalya next week for one week and I’m just wondering what the weather is like? And is there many places open? I am visiting alone so very nervous and never been to Turkey before thanks

Don't be apprehensive about your visit.  Turks are very warm and hospitable to everyone and maybe more so with foreigners.  Antalya is the third most popular destination among expats in Turkey so you should probably run into many native english speakers.  The weather should be a comfortable mid-sixties fahrenheit during the day so no worries there either.


I've only visited for one overnight stay so I don't profess to know much about the city but what I was told prior to my visit was to visit Kaleiçi which offers a very active setting of clubs, restaurants and shops.  It certainly was a hopping place at night.  Enjoy your foray.

@jdevlin92 Interesting, why going to Turkey, where are you from. Turkey is a very safe country and quite well regulated, nothing to be nerveous about. Welcome and enjoy. For me Antalya is too big (not a mega city, but still far too big)
