Working in KAMC is not bad. Safety is ok. Yes, it's true you are protected as long as you respect their ultra conservative culture. You can find a lot of filipina nurses, administrative positions, auditors, (almost all HR staffs are filipino), we have 3 filipina physicians here, engineers, drivers and housekeepers (in the hospital). You won't really feel the home sickness once you arrived.
My close cousin was working as a nurse in the same hospital for 3 years, she found the work challenging (strong personality is needed) tho she left for good last month when she finished building her huge house in Batangas (PH) and moved to Japan with her husband. Im still here coz mine still a year to go. You know what i mean, if u want to save...this is the place for you.
