Hay Al Safa area, How is it?

I am shortly going to shift to Jeddah from Riyadh.

I am looking for a suitable house these days.

Just wanted to know how is Hay Al Safa area for Pakistani and Indians to live.

if some one knows Riyadh, is it like Malaz near to Hara?

I heard Aziziya is full of Indians and Pakistanis and Hay Al Safa is near to it, Assuming this, I believe there should be a good number of Indo pak families residing in Hay Al Safa, is it?
