If anyone has any experience currently in 2020 for Labour court complaint in case of long delayed salaries issue by employer company,Please share the procedure
& experience

Hello

It has a standard procedures
1- file a case in the nearest Labor office to your employer office.
2- start searching for a new job, and you can transfer your sponsorship under specific conditions
3- expect that the process could take some time based on the employer behaviour.

I strongly suggest to have a friendly conversation with your employer to sort the issue and try to compensate the whole scenario for the sake of taking your benefits.
