Transfer iqama but with final exit visa

Hello all can you help me what is the solution to my problem i have transfer from a new employer but my current employer issued me a final exit. They also rejected my qiwa transfer what should i do plss help

Get your employer to cancel final exit first.  No other way to transfer - this has to be done.

Then leave.  And ask your new employer to issue a new work visa. 

Try to understand the simple fact:  Transfer cannot be done without cancelling final exit.  And only your employer can cancel final exit and then APPROVE transfer.
