taimoorshahzad773
Daer members,

I am working in a company since 4 years 3 months with Transferable iqama.now my contract with company has been expired on Qiwa.it is showing as "EXPIRED". In this case did my transfer request will be directly approved from new employer? As I read in Qiwa website FAQs they mentioned clearly yes.but I need some confirmation/suggestions from experienced peoples.

Thanks in advance

I am telling you the truth.

It will go to the current employer.  Your contract is expired not terminated/finished.

Even if it is, you still need NOC from the employer.

You can't leave without permission.

There are 3 conditions in which you can leave without permission.

1: Your Iqama is expired more than 3 days.

2: Your company Niqtat status is RED.

3: You don't get your salary for 3 months straight.

@taimoorshahzad773 If your contract is expired in  qiwa , your iqama expiry date is considered as the end of contract and if you raise a complaint in the friendly settlement , they will verdict you should pay the complete salary for  balance validity of iqama ,then you will get the transfer.

Ex Your Total Salary :3000

Iqama validity : 5 months & 15 days

then you should pay Sr.16500

Important : you can transfer without permission of the old company if your iqama validity less then or equal to 90 days. Then if the new company send to request and if you accept that count down will show on the old employer system.

In this case the old employer has no option for rejection and he has only option for redusing the count down as he wish from 90 to 0

But you should submit a non renewal contract request to the old company  (better through email) before you accept the new company's offer through qiwa and the keep the copy of that for avoid legal issues if something happened.
