Eye test - Minimum required vision

Hello all,

I am planning to move to Jeddah in Feb, to take up a Supply chain Manager job.
My right eye has a very poor vision (with glass also vision close to nothing) but my left eye is perfect (with glass 6/6).

I understand that tests are also done in Saudi for resident permits, but I believe these do not include an eye test?
Would anyone be able to confirm the minimum required vision?

also, my SGPT & SGOT are slightly high, is this affect visa processing?
