HAVE EXIT VISA BUT DONT WANT TO EXIT

Hello.,
For example some one have already final exit visa but she dont want to exit,is posible to get another sponsor for a job?what will happen if she will stay here in ksa with final exit visa in her status.?

it can be removed easily by the employer within validity,
if the validity is expired for that visa it will cost employer some amount to remove that exit
if person is staying in the kingdom without employer concern,, person will be consider illegal expat(once the validity of exit visa is expired).
for everything iqama must have validity if iqama is expired exit visa status could not be change

Find a new employer within the validity period and get it cancelled for local transfer from current employer.
