renewal request rejected

today i visit the SCE office and submit my diploma after 1-hr i was able to request for renewal but after request the reject .i choose 3 year maybe thats why i dont know , now there is no option . what can i do . please help me . now i have printing options on my profile

this is my story

last year i registered with my experience certificate and diploma (1 year .not attest)
recently i received message to renew but when i login there is no option to add request, so i visit the office and he ask me my diploma and i gave him then after 1 hr when i check there is option to renew membership so i request for 3 year but they rejected , after i visit the office my profile change , now i have printing options and some letters ,i cannot delete the renewal request to make new one . now i dont know what should do
