Due to imposition of 24/7 enhance COVID-19 quarantine curfew lockdown in major cities in Saudi Arabia on 7 April 2020, the inter-city mobility is not easy. Therefore I suggest you to seek assistance from Philippine embassy in Riyadh and/ or POLO to help you claim the payment of your long overdue final settlement including ESB and process your fast repatriation by calling the following Tel/Mob numbers:

Philippine Embassy: 0114801918 / 0569893301
POLO Riyadh: 0502850944
POLO Khobar: 0545664964

According to Saudi Arabia labor law, If the company gives final exit or terminates the contract then you are entitled to get half of your monthly salary for each of the first five years and one month salary for following years.

Note: For End of Service (EOS) Entitlement Employee must work for 2 years minimum if any one resign before two years and serve one month notice so he will only get his entitled leaves and salary NO EOS. Entitlement of EOS 2 years and above.

Furthermore:
Expatriates are entitled to the end-of service benefits or ESB in Saudi Arabia. This is, given that they meet the requirements to qualify.

Whether resigned or terminated, an EXPAT who served a minimum of two years in any company in the kingdom is eligible for an ESB. But of course, the computation will be different under the two situations.

If the EXPAT resigned:
•    If the EXPAT resigned after two years but less than five years (2-5 years), then he is eligible for 1/3rd of ESB. The percentage of the salary to be used on the computation will be half of the EXPAT’s salary.
•    If the EXPAT resigned after five years of service but is less than ten years (5-10 years), then he is eligible for 2/3rd of ESB. Percentage of the salary to be used on the computation will be his full salary.
•    If the EXPAT resigned from work, or the employer terminates him, after ten years (10+ years) of service in the company, he is eligible for full ESB and the salary percentage to be used is his full salary.

On the other hand, if the EXPAT was terminated:
•    If the EXPAT was terminated by the employer from the company before his five years of service, he is entitled for half of his salary.
•    If the EXPAT was terminated after his five-year service, half of the salary will be computed for the first five years. Full salary will be considered into computation after the five-year service.
