Willing to go home without exit visa

Only way is to file a case in the labor court.  And it is likely to take time.

You are allowed to go home.
Just go home. Go again to your employer ask for that exit visa.

Or create  family emergency  and go home if employer not reasoning.

That's what she said ie her employer is not giving her an exit visa without making payment.

Well she will have to make a plan of fake emergency. May be they will agree

Well she can always try.  I doubt they will agree especially since she has already asked them,  they said no and then she spoke to MOL to avoid paying the money.  Now if she comes up with an emergency, with all this background, they will automatically assume it's a lie.   

My advice would be to not waste time and file a case at the labour court.   Before they do other things like declaring you Huroob.

Hi thank you for the reply i went already tu the labor and ask for help they give me a paper to give for my employer we will see each other at labor 5 days from and my employer said he will bring a lawyer... is there any for give an exit visa? Or maybe it will takes time..
