How long it takes to get the GM visa

Dear friends:

My company wants to set up a factory in Saudi Arabia with 100% foreign based capital without and Saudi sponsor. Since the General Manager will be other nationals, we have to apply for him the GM visa.

We have a legal consultant running all the procedures for us however we don't know how long it takes for GM visa, it's been one and half month now and we are still waiting.

Without GM visa, he cannot apply for iqama nor open a bank account to deposit the company's capital in it, also he cannot issue for all the foreign employees the work permits and iqama etc...

Does any one know how long it takes to get a GM visa ?
