Dear All ,Assaalamualaikum

I have same problem, i got yellow paper from istaqdam for my daughter but when i sent for stamping visa that rejected.He said ,it is not showing in MOFA Sites.

what is solution plz reply and suggest me

Hi Nafis,

I saw somepeople suggest to check from Enjaz site. ,https://enjazit.com.sa/Enjaz/GetVisaInformation/Person

But I don't know what is record number.

What is the number of MOFA, how can we contact them.
For me Visa status is Valid, but not showing visa number in absher.

I visited Isteqdam office on 13-Apr-21 and got yellow slip on same day. In Absher it is showing the family visa as "valid" there is no Visa Number yet against the applicant names. In Enjazit when I searched by application number no information is shown (Erorr occured...) . Does anyone face the same issue?

Please let me know how many more days we have to wait to process visa in India, or we start the process?

Could any one help or share the experience, Permanent family visa is approved in MOI and got SMS with the file number, entered same in MOFA but getting error.

Did you apply for permanent family visa Online?

I got visa approved in MOI and Absher, but on MOFA it is not displaying the visa and giving error.

Could you please advice further , if you have experience similar problem

Hello. Same problem here.. May 6, I got the yellow slip. In absher showing visa as valid. But in MOFA website, it does not appear until this day.

i called mofa helpline no and they told it was approved. Also told me you can check with MOFA mobile application and don't check MOFA website.

HI All,

I was facing the same issue after getting yellow slip. No data found when I checked in MOFA website. But MOFA mobile app was showing all visa information.
Today My family went to Etimad office for submitting the passport. And Alhmadulillah every thing went smooth.
So don't worry about this MOFA website issue. And proceed for the visa stamping process.

Guys, there is no issue with this error, please check in MOFA mobile application, you can find it there surely.

Visa office didn't ask for mobile app or any thing. they just processed without asking anything. That's mean they were able to find visa details in their system.

ISSUE RESOLVED

Hello,

I faced the same issue stated above

MOFA and ENJAZIT NOT SHOWING VISA.

But ABHSER DOES

VISITED ISTIQDAM OFFICE and MOFA: Both informed visa is valid and appearing in there system, asked me to submit the visa to saudi consulate in Mumbai, they will stamp it.

when check in MOFA APP on apple phone it was showing

i asked my agent in hyderabad to process and the risk is mine as he was not sure because he cant find the details on MOFA Website

The visa is stamped (ALHAMDULILLAH) and also showing the details in ABSHER and ENZAJIT

Hope this will find helpfull

Assalamalaikum, I have similar issue. I received the yellow slip from Istiqdam, However it is not reflecting online on Enjazit. Please let us know your experience what happened after until 2 weeks if it is not updated online. How can we get the Visa Stamped on the family passports? Agent says, Visa should be updated online in Enjazit. Please share how it was fixed.

Having the same issue and I submitted the yellow slip to the saudi consulate in mumbai they rejected.Now I have checked in mofa app it is displaying every details with visa number and expiry is it enough to stamp.Totally in a confused state of mind.After the issue of yellow slip how many days it will take to show in the embassy system..Any solution plz??

Dear All,

I hope everyone is doing great these days.

Coming straight to my issues I have two questions:

How to check the for yellow paper ( from istiqdam for family permanent visa) on the MOFA application? I need pathway for checking it.
How many days usually it takes for the yellow paper to be online on MOFA application? Bear in mind I have received my yellow paper just six days ago ( including the weekend days).

I will really appreciate your responses on my issues.
