You can add the balance amount from you online bank account or you can get it done from any bill payment center.

Dear What happened with your case,

I have done the same mistake and after full payment of 1 year dependents fees, I selected refund because system was showing some available amount before my payment.
and now if I am searching again the fees, system is showing full year amount again to pay.
I don't know where my first full year payment has gone?

If u want to apply for exit re entry , then u pay till 1439.  In this case rentry will be upto 16.6.1439.If you want iqama renewal up yo 1440 , then up to 1440.

as per rules govt. employees & their family members are exempt from this depedant  levi (including spouses & children)
My iqama expired in may 2017,  when i tried to renew my iqama after depositing routine fee of 500 Sar, the system denied it. Officials at jawazat told to deposit 1277 SAR more to get the iqama renewed. we told them the scenerio twice but they insisted that you have to pay it. I paid that amount & got my iqama renewed. Later some other doctors went to jawazat & discussed the issue with their mudeer. He inquired from Riyadh & then the spouses  of those doctors had to pay only 500 Sar.
Can I get refund of the amount paid unnecessarily ?? & how ??

Hello dears,                                                          I brought my new born baby without visa on 25.8.2017 and I paid 2000 sr and I went jawazath and I got iqama for her. Now I am trying to get reentry visa for this new born. Iqama validity is upto 4/2/1440 (13.10.2018). I paid 900 sr by riyad bank online also I checked her dependant fee by riyad online , it shows that 1737 sr for her as single dependant fees upto 4/2/1440. I given my iqama number in place of iqama number and given her iqama number in place of associate is and I paid the amount. All other family member levy already paid by my company when the renewed my iqama two month back itself. After paying this I checked my moi abshir , I found this 1737 is showing under my passport and not under her passport deposit ! For everybody is same like this showing head of iqama holders passport?          Now my key issue is that even I paid both dependant fee and 900 sr for 270 days reentry abshir website shows that ' no sufficient fund' . What is the reason? How can I solve this issue? Please help me because my family need to go for reentry soon urgently

halo all , our iqama is expiring in mid april 2018, we are a family of 3 and going for 45 day vacation in February and returning in 3rd week of march, 2018 , my question is do we need to pay dependent fee now at the time of isssuing exit rentry visa or at the time of iqama renewal, its little bit confusing.and if now how much would i have to pay for 2 dependents, till now i havent paid anything since july 2017 ..thank you

I recommend you pay till Iqama expiry for members want to go for exit re entry.

Dear please help me for my quiry.                                   
I have paid the dependent fees till January 2019 and renewed all my family iqama  till January 2019 and I am planning to send my family on exit in the month of April 2018.
My quiry is, do I get the dependent fee back for the months of June 2018 till January 2019 because they are leaving the country and if yes please help me with the procedures.

I think you can't get it back because it is already used. You can refund only b4 using it. Just like exit re entry . You get exit re entry visa & cannot get refund even if you don't use it. But you have to cancel re entry visa without refund if not used.

My iqama going to expire on 28-04-1439. And I never pay before. Can you guys assist me how much i want to pay including renewal fee for my wife. I have paid and available balance in my absheer 3200 riyals. Still i am getting insufficient amount error as my hr dept . Still i Cant renew my iqama and my wife’s😒

I have paid 1100 as per bank calculation as dependent fee and 200 for exit re entry but when i click on exit re entry visa, it says "Sorry!! No sufficient funds are available to issue Exit Re-entry Visa”. Please pay the fees and try again". available funds in moi is 1320SAR

What is the solution for this.

I paid 2 time for my family levy fee by mistake, now showing remaing amount in my Abshir a/c, how to get refund that amount, remember I paid from my brother a/c SAMBA online, any one help me pls. if I visit my bank NCB online I can see my balance in MOI Alien control at NCB Online but when I tried to refund it’s says no fund found.

Open same bank account from which u have paid levy fee, there is an option refund. You can refund the amount to same account from where u have paid only.

Please note  refund can be applied from the same account from which payment was made. Hence in this case login to your brothers account and select refund . Within 2 or 3 working days (at max) the amount will be refunded into his account. 

I did refund for dependent fee from NCB the amount deducted from abshir but not refunded in NCB.

just today spoke to NCB customer care they told me that from last week govt stop refund option of

dependent fee. So i request all of my friend that please decide first one amount and do payment , now it is difficult to refund money.

if any body knows how to refund other then bank mean from jawazat please let me know.

i am also trying to find way if i got any info i will update here.

I have entered saudi arabia on July 19th-2017(1438/10/25). And i have received my IQAMA on Sep 1st 2017 (1438/12/10), Also i have brought my dependents on Nov 19th-2017(1439/3/01) and they have received their IQAMA on Dec 10th-2017  (1439/3/22).
So how much dependent fee i need to pay for MOI.

I can see in my samba account fee for  all associates as 2840 SAR.
I have paid the same amount also additionally i have paid 400 SAR for my dependents entry and exit visa.

So when i am trying to issue visa to my dependents , i am getting cost for VISA issuance as 2090 SAR, which is not relevant.what shall i do   now?

I have tried issuing visa to my child and amount 2090 deducted and visa has been issued when i am trying to issue for my wife, system is showing "insufficient funds".

I am not clear with the absher dependent fee calculations ..can you please let me know

It is not clear how many children you have. I think only 1 child. If cost of 1 visa is 2090 & you applied for 2 month visa, means dependent fees for 1 visa is 1890. What I would do is to pay dependent fee not for all dependents but one by one.
So if you have got visa for child,  now you just check dependent fee for wife only . If system works correct then it should tell balance you need. What is date of iqama expiry?  System need money from 19 July ( the day you enter Saudi)  till iqama expiry. Up to July 1 ,2018 @ 100 pm & grom July 1 onwards 200 pm.
Some bank calculate wrong amount. Any do these 2 things above & let's see

Go to jAwazat Absher section. Ask them exact amount, bank calculated amount sometimes not match with Jawazaat calculation. Pay more amount by selecting more moths exit re entry visa fee, once balance added to ur MOI account, use it for whatever purpose u want. Any extra amount, you can refend later. I did same thing and all worked normally.

Hi guy's my iqama expired on 12-15-1439 I have 1 dependent  and I pay already both payments showing in absheer passport deposit dependent pay plus 650 for my iqama  renewal which is paid by company.. Available funds is their..but iqama still not renew..my college was renewed already..same date we submit same date of expiry..what will be the problem. Any advise thanks....

Is there any chance to get over paid lavy back after exit depended. I have paid lavy for my daughter till 31st December 2018. and she gone exit by May 2018. now i check refund in the account it says no refund amount found.
I paid till our Eqama expire which is 31st Dec.2018. is there is any way to get back?

Its simple... before means before? Also check Hijri date...  Better to reach before

Please note that my Iqama expiry date is (02/02/1441) i.e 01-Oct-2019
And I had paid before my dependents fee up to 01-Oct-2019

Now, for my Iqama to be renewed along with my dependents with out any issue, do I have to Pay the dependent fee at least up to how many months ahead? two months or three months or for the whole next year? i.e up to 02/02/1442 ?

Could anyone kindly shower some insight / advice on this...

You have to pay dependent fee to a date of new iqama  renew date. If you want iqama renew upto 1442 , you have to pay upto 02/02/1442
