What will be the fate of those companies that the locals will not like to work with? They will be compelled to pay heavy tax for no just course.. I think it should be flat level for all companies, especially companies that are of small profile.

Sounds reasonable. I paid much higher taxes on lower wages in China. But let's not spread that around much.
