I'm currently living in the Philippines . My husband is in Saudi and he said he applies for visit visa for me.do I need an agency to do the visa including the stamping ?

You could use an agency to speed up the process.

You can try LBS or EDI or Staff Hose, so many or local travel agents near the saudi embassy.

Try Abba Personnel Services Inc. You need the visa approval from your husband, copy of his iqama, copy of your passports, marriage certificate all should be red ribboned at DFA.

Try checking out with Raffy too. He's with another agency (I forgot which one) and you can ask him all the requirements. Each agencies charges different amount so try to compare. I will pm you Raffy's contact details, while you can google Abba's or David Manpower.
