What is a transferable visa in KSA??

What is the difference between Transferable and Free Iqama??

I apply for jobs but companies demand Transferable Iqama. What makes it transferable??

for example some one is doing job with Saudi Kafeel and company he must hold a Iqama by name of his Saudi Person.now if you want to change the company then you need to Release Paper from the previous Kafeel if he agreed then its mean your Visa is Transfer able and if he not agreed then you visa called non transferable

Thanks a lot for your answer.

But still 1 confusion.

If sponsor is not agreed to give me release paper to CHANGE MY SPONSER,,,,,,,,,,,,,but agrees to Give me Written Permission to work with any other company, then it will be legal and allowed or not?

Dear I would say that condition of job is illegal ,many Peoples are doing job like that but According to law that is illegal Personally I am not in favor of this act
