Flight arrangements

Huntersbar

Am right in thinking that the employer is responsible for booking the flight from and to the employee homeland and sending an annual  ticket.

Please I need your urgent answer

yes, IF  this is in your contract

Yes, that's correct ! The employer is responsible for the air tickets. However, I have seen some cases where the expenses are borne by the candidate and later the amount is being reimbursed. This is for first time travelling.

And for "to and fro" tickets for annual travelling, usually the employer provides you with the ticket or gives you the money as per the Company specific HR policy.

Good luck
