Moving from Saudi to Qatar on exit-re-entry visa

Dear Sir,

Now i am working in Saudi Arabia for more than 2 years and i got job offer from Qatar recently. Is it possible to go to Qatar directly from saudi on exit-re-entry visa since my company will not give exit. Otherwise is it possible to go Qatar from india after reaching in india from Saudi on exit-re-entry visa.
