SCE rejected jawahrlal nehru's engineering degree .
Dear,
please guide me if u know about sce.
I'm from India and i have b.tech engineering certificate , when i did registration on sce , they rejected me by saying b.tech is not engineer 
i have completed my engineering from Jawaharlal nehru technological university.
the following message they sent me via email..
Dear Applicant, We regret to inform that your qualifications do not meet the criteria for registration at SCE for engineering profession; where the basic requirement is a FOUR YEAR DEGREE IN ENGINEERING from an accredited university. You may please approach SCE to get an advice memo to Labor Office (Maktab Amal), if your Iqama carries an "Engineer" profession and should you need to process your residence permit/Iqama. Regards, Accreditation Center, SCE. 2014-04-30
Final Rejected
Please tell me what supported documents needed and where should i have to sumbit them.
NOTE: Jawaharlal nehru technological university is having A grade accreditation and my degree is also of four years.
