AFTER 1ST PAYMENT HOW MUCH TIME REQUIRED SAUDI COUNCIL OF ENGINEERS

Dear friends!

I have applied for saudi engineer council and paid 1st payment of 500 SR. After that how much time will be required by saudi engineer council to verify the engineering degree as well as for the 2nd payment.

Secondly! can we apply for new IQAMA with out having SCE registration certificate or after 1st payment we can apply.

I will be very thankful If some one provide the correct and realistic answer.

That's the exact situation I am in and could be very nice if someone could answer.

I also wonder what happens if you cant get the attestation during work visa is valid.
