Visa approval duration

hi


i got an offer and passed all background check, signed the agreement and everything just waiting the visa approval it took almost 10 months and they say the delay is from Mofa the company keeps confirming the position still valid but i dont know is it right to take that long and still...i tried to contact Mofa they need an application number which only the employer have...any suggestions
