Expired exit visa and iqama

My employer issue my final exit visa valid for 1 day and doesn't issue flight ticket. Now my visa expired and also my iqama expired. How can I fixed this problem. Can I transfer sponsorship even my iqama expired and they already issue exit visa but expired already. I'm already staying for more than 2 months like this without work and my company doesn't even care at all. Does anyone already experienced same problem like this?
