Qiwa transfer - My current employer will issue Exit visa instead

Dutch Nico Domosmog (DND)

Dears please advise on how can I successfully proceed with my transfer to new employer as my current employer will issue Exit visa against me. In QIWA, my transfer status is currently "Pending for notice period completion" stage. As the platform in Qiwa, the current employer must follow and have 3 options to accept the transfer in the portal (accept the request immediately, accept with a default notice period, or accept with a reduced notice period), however, exit visa is out of the options.

What countermeasures I can possibly apply in order to prevent the issuing of Exit visa of my current employer legally?

Your valuable advise is highly appreciated. Thanks!

i think he can't issue final exit however he can deduct some money from you like contract breach but if your new company cancels the request in qiwa than your old employer will have the power to issue the final exit.
