Hello, your employer can perhaps shed the light on this. Aren't they taking care of all formalities ?

Your employer will guide you.

But to keep it simple:

1) You will either have to go back home to apply for the visa or do it in UAE (that is entirely dependent on your employer having a visa quota allocated to UAE for your nationality PLUS your current company giving an NOC to the Saudi Embassy in writing)

2) You would need to get all degrees attested by Saudi culture and Saudi Embassy in your home country.  As well as marriage and birth certificates if you have a family

3) You would need to do a medical whether back home or in UAE (see point 1)

After all this, you will get a work visa, arrive in Saudi, do another medical, upload medical insurance and get your Saudi Iqama.
