No Contract on Qiwa

I don't have active contract on Qiwa, & I accept the transfer also from my new employer now countdown of 90 days started on Qiwa.


I also have Bank Lease car under my name.


Can my current employer send me Final Exit based on above scenario & what will happen after completion of 90 days.
